[CONTRACTS] Contracts branch update for 1.80 (#718)
* Simple contracts restructured v3 (#675)

* Add prototype contract implementation

Lacks:
- Payment proofs (add early payment proofs)
- Tests
- Better structure

* Simplify the main setup/sign code flow
